Markup a Resource

Did you know you can highlight text in your e-books just like you do in print volumes? That's right, you can underline, color highlight, circle, or pretty much anything you normally do to mark up a print edition.

This will help you get started:

  • Open any Libronix resource (book)
  • Choose View | Visual Markup Styles
  • With your mouse, select the text in the resource you want to markup
  • From the Visual Markup Styles window select a Palette like Highlighter Pens from the drop down list
  • Select a Style like Purple

Your selected text should now be highlighted in purple. This text will stay highlighted even after you close the book.

To remove a markup:

  • Select the text in the resource that is highlighted
  • From the Visual Markup Styles window select Erase Selected Markup
