Resource Links in Note File

All throughout your Libronix books you'll come across red resource links. These are hyperlinks to other articles within the same book or even to other books. You can create similar hyperlinks in your note files.

For example, let's say you're studying Moses. You come across a great article about him in New Bible Dictionary (NBD). Rather than copying / pasting a lot of text into the note file, you can insert a hyperlink back to the article.

  • Open a note file and the NBD to the article for Moses
  • Add a note to this note file
  • Click in the text area of your note file
  • Click the Insert Reference icon on the note file formatting toolbar
  • Select Resource on the Insert Reference dialog
  • Select the Moses article from NBD in the Reference drop down list
  • Click the box Specific to this resource
  • Type whatever text you like in the Text to Display box
  • Click Insert

Your Text to Display is inserted into the note file as red hyperlinked text. Click it and the NBD opens right to Moses!
